Job Description:
The ETO Consultant works as a part of the team delivering consulting, site administration and performance management services to assist customers of ETO Software with their configuration, site maintenance and ETOlutionary progress.
Minimum Position Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
*Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days per week anywhere in the United States (and potentially internationally) to deliver ETO Software™ consulting, configuration and training.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong software computer skills for example Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
*Excellent time management skills as evidenced in the meeting of all deadlines.
*Strong understanding and use of ETO Software preferred.
General Position Responsibilities:
*Demonstrate understanding of and commitment to Social Solutions’ mission to challenge and equip service providers and their funders to turn good intent into measurable change by relating their efforts to outcomes.
*Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of all ETO Software™ functions and features.
*Use ETO Software™ daily to account for efforts towards achieving Social Solutions’ outcomes.
*Maintain open and professional communications with Social Solutions’ supervisors, colleagues, partners, clients and vendors to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
Specific Position Duties: ETO Consultant
*Work with Social Solutions’ current clients to understand their current practice, its alignment with the stated mission of the organization and assess the best use of ETO Software in their environment including best practices and repository resources from ETO City. The Consultant will identify their needs, integrate the necessary tracking elements into ETO Software™ and establish a solution that maximizes client satisfaction and long-term usage of ETO Software™.
*Provide individual or group training to all level users of ETO Software™ based on clients’ intended use pattern and standard, adaptable ETO Software™ User Guides .
*Provide such follow-up services and documentation as may be required to successfully integrate ETO Software into the organizations practice and maintain momentum towards ETOlution and better performance management use of the Software.
*Proactively contact customers to promote ETO Software™ use and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
*Other Duties as Required.
