We are now searching for a Vice President – Digital Communications. Ideally this person will have several years of “hands-on” experience in e-Commerce. Our Client is looking for strategic, business oriented, technically competent candidates.
This person will oversee all Software Development initiatives for their department of 25. You will also be responsible for Enterprise Architecture, internal and external customer relationships, budget and cost controls.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee project delivery from inception to user acceptance including user relationships, new feature definition, testing, implementation, deployment, and overall project direction and timing
- Understand and be capable of communicating technical and business needs
- Effectively communicate, monitor and enforce project schedules
- Develop, implement and be the evangelist for “best practices” project development/management methodologies
- Work in a team environment directing resources accordingly
Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to manage a small team of developers, project managers, quality assurance analysts, support staff and external vendors
- Demonstrated experience and success in an e-Commerce environment
- Strong verbal, written and management communication skills
- Exceptional analytical skills and robust work ethic with close attention to detail
- Personal characteristics of employees that prosper include having the ability to: be flexible, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, build and forge relationships with the business, technical team and management and be personally accountable and results oriented
