<p>We are now searching for a <strong>Vice President &#8211; Digital Communications</strong>. Ideally this person will have several years of &#8220;hands-on&#8221; experience in <span style="text-decoration:underline;">e-Commerce</span>. Our Client is looking for strategic, business oriented, technically competent candidates.</p>
<p>This person will oversee all Software Development initiatives for their department of 25.  You will also be responsible for Enterprise Architecture, internal and external customer relationships, budget and cost controls.</p>
<p>Here are a few of the bullet points from our Client&#8217;s requirement:</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>- Oversee project delivery from inception to user acceptance including user relationships, new feature definition, testing, implementation, deployment, and overall project direction and timing</p>
<p>- Understand and be capable of communicating technical and business needs</p>
<p>- Effectively communicate, monitor and enforce project schedules</p>
<p>- Develop, implement and be the evangelist for “best practices” project development/management methodologies</p>
<p>- Work in a team environment directing resources accordingly</p>
<p><strong>Skills/Experience:</strong></p>
<p>- Demonstrated ability to manage a small team of developers, project managers, quality assurance analysts, support staff and external vendors</p>
<p>- Demonstrated experience and success in an e-Commerce environment</p>

<p>- Exceptional analytical skills and robust work ethic with close attention to detail</p>

<p>I think I&#8217;m going to add <span style="color:#0000ff;">&#8220;HTML Programmer&#8221;</span> to my resume!</p>
<p>Even though I used a <a href="http://www.bloggermint.com/2011/01/e-business-card-blogger-template/" target="_blank">Template from Bloggermint.com</a> it took several attempts with the .xml file to get <a href="http://www.blogger.com" target="_blank">Blogger</a> to accept the code in the first place, and even then I kept getting error messages from Blogger about the HTML code. After trying several different edits and a new URL for the photo on the eBusiness Card, it worked! Yay!</p>
<p>I am thinking Blogger doesn&#8217;t want to make it too easy for Programmers to mess with their code, so they have a few hurdles you have to jump through before you can get the changes to take effect on your Blog.</p>
<p>I originally saw the eBusiness card format on <a href="http://lightsouttelecom.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Lights Out Telecom&#8217;s website</a>. I am connected with <a href="http://www.linkedin.com/in/lionessqueen" target="_blank">Deanna Durbin</a> on <a href="http://www.linkedin.com/in/harveyclay" target="_blank">LinkedIn</a> and she gave me the heads up about <a href="http://www.bloggermint.com" target="_blank">BloggerMint</a>. (Thanks, Deanna! and good luck with building and promoting your Network for Lights Out Telecom.)</p>
<p>The next change I hope to make to the <a href="http://BaltoTechJobs.blogspot.com" target="_blank">eBusiness card</a> is to replace the MySpace logo with a LinkedIn logo and to make the hyperlink active.</p>

<p><a href="http://xeeme.com/harveyclay" target="_blank">Harvey Clay</a> has been using Social Media for several years under a personal Profile and as &#8220;<a href="https://twitter.com/#!/BaltoTechJobs" target="_blank">BaltoTechJobs</a>&#8221; and &#8220;TEKrecruiter&#8221;. Twitter has recently been setup for <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/EximerStaffing" target="_blank">@EximerStaffing</a> and we will be creating a LinkedIn Company Profile and a Facebook Company Page for Eximer.</p>
<p>We are interviewing candidates now for 2 positions within the Company: Recruiter Trainee / Sourcing Specialist and Recruiter Trainee / Social Media Wiz. We may hire 2 Part-time Employees, or 1 Part-time and 1 Full-time. The long term goal is to have a permanent Employee responsible for online Recruiting Tools and Social Media, and to have another Employee responsible for sourcing qualified candidates to the Recruiters while learning Information Technology Recruiting for their own career.</p>

<p>Eximer Technology Solutions is upgrading our <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Applicant_tracking_system" target="_blank">Applicant Tracking System</a> (ATS) which is a CRM tool for Recruiters.</p>
<p>Most of these products include features which integrate with Social Media sites; with the big name <a href="http://www.indeed.com" target="_blank">Job Aggregators</a>, and even with a few of the paid Job Boards.</p>
<p>The tool we use has a &#8220;Push&#8221; feature which allows us to get our job advertisements out to the <a href="http://staffingtalk.com/indeed-vs-monster-aggregators-job-boards/" target="_blank">big aggregators</a> and other specialty niche types of Job Boards.</p>

<p>Personal Requirements:</p>

<li>Deep experience recommending, implementing and working with test automation tools like Quick Test Pro, SilkTest, Selenium and other automation tools is mandatory.</li>
<li>Experience with bug tracking tools such as BugTracker.Net, Silk Central Issue Manager, Quality Center, JIRA, UTrack and other tracking tools.</li>
<li>A programming background in Java and/or C# with strong SQL skills would benefit this individual.</li>
<li>Experience in software testing/quality assurance for enterprise level software.</li>
<li>Experience in both &#8211; GUI and non-GUI component automation.</li>
<li>Successful release management and development of infrastructure and processes for test management, and reporting for various applications.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills; a team player who takes the initiative; goal-oriented.</li>
<li>Able to perform in both an Agile and Waterfall environment.</li>
<li>BS in computer science or related field.</li>
<li>Proficient oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills and must be detail oriented.</li>
